The Email system allows a user to read and send emails through Spear iNet. A user can add their email account details and iNet will automatically list the unread emails in your email inbox when you are away from the office. You can then choose which emails to read just as if you were using your email client such as Microsoft Outlook in work. No emails will be downloaded from your email server which means when you return to the office your emails will be downloaded to your office PC also! You can also choose to synchronise your sent email to your Microsoft Outlook using the Synchronisation Tool. Using iNet you can send and receive email to anyone, anywhere with quick access to your iNet Address Book or Contact Manager saving time and resources trying to obtain your contact details when you are away from the office.
