Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base allows files to be uploaded into Spear iNet with keywords, descriptions and comments to be associated with the files. This allows a powerful search tool to easily find the files and documents you need based on the keywords, description or comments assigned to the files. The files in the Knowledge Base are organised in a filesystem to ensure users can find what they need quickly and easily. The Knowledge Base is a much more powerful File System tool because of the searchable keywords.
Using the Knowledge Manager and Search tool users can save time and resources from conventional methods of finding information to utilise elsewhere increasing productivity for the business.
